Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we offer sil-free TIMs, including Phase Change Materials (PCMs), Sil-free thermal gap pads, non-silicone thermal gap fillers, and non-silicone thermal gels. They can vary in range from 1-16W/m.K to fit your specific desired performance & application requirements. Besides, we can also offer silicone-based extreme-low VOC products that meet NASA outgassing limits (following ASTM E595, limits: TML < 1%, CVCM < 0.1%) while maintaining good resilience & withstanding higher temperature conditions (typically up to 200 °C) than non-silicone versions.
Basically, it will depend on the product types & the order volumes.
For TIMs, we can assure you with short L/T (3-7 workdays).
For EMC materials, it will be around 1-2 weeks.
For mechanical parts, it can be more complicated when evaluation because it will be involved with machining, surface finishing (electroplating, anodizing, powder coating, painting, passivation, and etc.), welding or soldering, forming, heat-treatment etc. So
typically, it can vary from 2 to 6 weeks, as project-oriented.
In some cases, we can support our customers in accommodating their financial plans.
However, we must evaluate the feasibility based on the customer’s reputation, payment history, financial status, business revenues, and forecasts.
Yes, it’s one of our technical support services for our clients. If you can share the 3D drawing, chip TDS (powers, max joint temperature), fan spec, working conditions (ambient temperature etc.), we’ll be able to input into our CFD software (ICEPAK, Flotherm, Autodesk) and share the simulation analysis report with appropriate design improvement solutions to optimize the outcome at the early stage to facilitate the product validation & launch process.
We accept any orders from prototypes to high-volume batches. To avoid the line-down risk at the customer site, our daily production capacity will be around 75-80% occupied, so we can still have buffers to accommodate some emergency cases.
We have an experienced logistics team to help you manage deliveries through various methods, including express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), sea freight, air freight, truck, and railway. For emergency cases, we are capable of liaising with hand-carry & NFD (Next-FlightDelivery)services to resolve your critical line-down issues.
In this case, we can make offers according to various Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DAP, etc.), allowing you to wait for goods delivery at your doorstep without any pressure.
Yes, we have a good chemistry formulation that allows these materials to rework in conditions of assembly, maintenance, and disassembly, so you can save your budget for reordering spare parts in these cases.
This should be discussed based on the materials/products categories.
