GTP-GS500 Premium Thermal Grease

Description

GTP‐GS500 is made of high purity thermal conductive fillers in super fine round particles in a most adequate mixing ratio and dispersion state. It exhibits excellent cooling performance and keeps in wet mating surface to minimize the impact of increasing thermal impedances due to the vaporizing / outgassing under stable or accelerated heat conditions.
