GTP-NA200 REV01 Graphite Thermal Pad

Description

GTP-NA200 is a graphite sheet which can be highly compressible compared to the standard graphite sheet, which enables reducing the thermal resistance by filling gaps closely while avoiding warpage and sitrotion of targeted substrates. Excellent heat resistance and reliability of this soft graphite help obtaining longer service life and higher performance of various components, such as power modules. It can achieve it low thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity in both plane and vertical directions under specific compressions. It can also function as a heat spreader for applications
designed for eliminating hot spots, shielding components and reducing surface temperature of electronic devices. It is an ideal and light-weight heat spreader for thermal management in limited space.

APPLICATION

GTP-NA200 REV01 heater Spreader has the characteristics of high heat conductivity. It is very thin which allows for easy attachment to a variety of heat sink or component surfaces. Apply to the heatsink, position the pad and press in place onto the heat sink. This heat spreader is in flexible sheet style, wide-range temperature.
