GTP-PCM020 Phase-Change Materials
Description
GTP-PCM020 is designed to replace trapped air between power dissipating electronic components. PCM maximizes heat sink performance and improves component reliability. In ambient conditions, it is solid and easy to handle. With light clamping pressure, it will readily conform to both mating surfaces. As temperatures reach its softening point of 55-60°C, a phase change material begins to melt and flow to fill up the microscopic irregularities of the components it mates within.
