GTP-PCM030 Phase-Change Materials
Description
GTP-PCM030 is a highly conformable / thermally conductive type silicone-free thermal interface material. It combines the consistency and ease of use of elastomeric pads with the low thermal impedance of thermal grease. As temperatures reach its softening point of 45-60°C, a phase change material begins to melt and flow to fill up the microscopic irregularities of the components it mates with in between.
Features & Benefits
- Fair good thermal conductivity: 5.0W/m.K
- Electrically conductive and high reliability
- Ultra low bond-line thickness available after melting
- High deflections and flexibility to irregular gaps filling
- Easy assembly and less messy than grease
- Cost-saving solutions
- No pump-out in aging
Typical Applications
- Laser equipment, routers and wireless infrastructures
- High power density LED module
- Power supplies, UPS
- Telecommunication equipment, 5G module units
- Military gadgets, radar, power inverters
- Signal transmitter, PC peripherals
Remarks:
- Shelf-life can be 12months since date of manufacturing
- Supply form: Sheet, die-cut/kiss-cut parts
- Carrier options available: Kapton, aluminum foil
- Standard sheet size: 300x400mm or roll form is optional
