GTP-PCM080-PM Phase-Change Materials
Description
GTP-PCM080-PM is a premium series, highly conformable / thermally conductive type silicone-free thermal interface material. It is a reworkable and repeatable phase change material suitable for use between heat generating devices and the surfaces to which they are mounted or other heat dissipating surfaces. As temperatures reach its softening point of 45-60°C, a phase change material begins to melt and flow to fill up the microscopic irregularities of the components it mates within between.
