GTP-SK4 Thermal Conductive Insulator

Description

GTP-SK4 is a highly mechanically reinforced / thermally conductive type silicone insulator pad, which is designed for high heat-generating electronic devices with strong mechanical and insulation demands, especially for high power density power supplies and MOSFETs etc..With its specially customized formula with boron-nitride fillers and the reinforced carrier of polyimide film, it can be withstanding high pressure and torque force which is applicable for sophisticated automatic screwing assembly and it can be optional with additional adhesives forpre-laminating with cooling modules in some cases.
