GTP-SP170 Thermal Conductive Insulator

GTP-SP170 is a highly mechanically reinforced / thermally conductive type silicone insulator pad, which is designed for high heat-generating electronic devices with strong mechanical and insulation demands, especially for high power density power supplies and MOSFETs etc.. With its specially customized formula with metal oxide fillers and the reinforced carrier of fiberglass, it can be with standing high pressure and torque force which is applicable for sophisticated automatic screwing assembly and it can be optional with additional adhesives for pre laminating with cooling modules in some cases.
