Description

GTP-SP400 REV01 is a highly conformable / thermally conductive type silicone insulator pad, which is designed for high heat-generating electronic devices with ultra-thin gap to fill and high insulation requirement, especially for high power density power supplies and MOSFETs etc..With its specially customized formula with pure Boron Nitride fillers and the reinforced carrier of fiberglass, it can be withstanding high pressure and torque force which is applicable for sophisticated automatic screwing/assembly and it can be optional by laminating with additional adhesives.
