GTP-SP600-NS Thermal Conductive Insulator

GTP-SP600-NS is a silicone-free insulator pad, which is designed for high heat-generating electronic devices with ultra-thin gap to fill and high insulation requirement, especially for silicone-sensitive applications and VOC limited occasions. With its specially customized formula with pure Boron Nitride fillers and the reinforced carrier of fiberglass, it can be with standing high pressure and torque force which is applicable for sophisticated automatic screwing/assembly and it can be optional by laminating with additional adhesives.
