GTP040 Thermal Pad
Description
GTP040 is a highly conformable / thermally conductive type silicone gap filler pad, which is designed to fill the air gaps between the heating elements and the heatsinks or metal housing. Owning to its ultra-soft polymer structure, it can be well bridging the irregular gap voids under lower required compression forces and can be satisfied without sacrificing thermal performance by laminating with adhesives or other surface treatment. One-side low tacky surface can be used to optimize the workability.
