GTP080 Thermal Pad
Description
GTP080 is a highly conformable / thermally conductive type silicone gap filler pad, which exhibits outstanding physical and chemical reliable performance after aging tests for over 1,000 hrs in laboratory. With respects to its putty-state super-soft polymer structures, it can be well bridging the irregular gap voids under lower required compression forces and can be satisfied without sacrificing thermal performance by laminating with additional adhesives or other surface treatment.
