Description
GTP140-NS is a highly conformable / thermally conductive type silicone free gap filler pad, which exhibits outstanding & reliable performance and is designed to mate with silicone-sensitive applications. It can achieve low thermal impedance under low compression force applied, which can alleviate the pressure onto the PCB/electronic units effectively. It has very good thermostability in long terms condition, as well as no silicone oil leakage risk for safety and reliability Concerns.
