GTS-PY70 Synthetic Graphite
GTS-PY70 is an advanced pyrolytic thermally conductive interface material. It can be cut into custom shapes, making it extremely useful for applications with limited space. It has excellent thermal conductivity properties and can be used as a clean and efficient alternative to silicone grease. As a heat spreader media, by specially-designed formulating the high crystallized graphite made from carbon, it is ideal for providing extremely effective cooling performance in the development of equipment where temperature control must be attained in a package that is restricted due to downsizing, and where the packaging is light weight.
