What is Double Sided Thermal Tape

GALLOP INNOTEK double-sided thermal tape is a double-coated adhesive tape with excellent thermal conductivity and high adhesive strength. It is good for applications without heat-cure conditions and screw or clip mounting designs. Additionally, its low molecular content can be a suitable solution for silicone-sensitive applications.

Dust, oil and some chemical solvents may degrade the performance of double sided thermal tape, so you should clean the bonding surface before use. The shelf life of the double sided thermal tapel, without consideration of liner adhesion (which is often not critical for manual assembly processing), is recommended at 12 months from date of manufacture at a maximum continuous storage temperature of 60°C.
